Popis: | The design challenges faced while trying to design coils to enable wireless powering in electric vehicles are discussed in this paper. The Self-Inductance results with respect to frequency change obtained from HFSS and MAXWELL are presented. The explanation for the difference in the results obtained using HFSS and MAXWELL is also presented in this paper. Lastly the EMI/EMC compliance of the Coils is discussed using ICNIRP Standards and the E-field reading on the streets using an Anaheim Wide Range RF Field Strength Meter are presented and the safety E-field limit of the coils is discussed. |
