Ðа оÑновании ÑекомендаÑий и ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов, пÑедÑÑавленнÑÑ Ð² диÑÑеÑÑаÑии, заÑÑÑойÑики могÑÑ Ð¿ÑогнозиÑоваÑÑ ÐºÐ°ÐºÐ¸Ðµ именно конÑÑÑÑкÑивнÑе ÑеÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¶Ð¸Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ ÑÑÑекÑÐ¸Ð²Ð½Ñ Ð² конкÑеÑнÑÑ ÑлÑÑаÑÑ . The work is devoted to the study of the choice of structures for the reinforced concrete frame of a residential building, as well as its influence on the duration and cost of construction. The research set the following goals: 1. Calculation of the cost and construction time of three options for a reinforced concrete frame: monolithic, precast-monolithic and prefabricated; 2. Analysis of the results and selection of effective execution of the reinforced concrete frame according to the criteria of the term and cost of construction; 3. Development of recommendations for choosing the frame of a residential building and an example of calculating the time and cost; 4. Using the example of a residential multi-storey building, apply the recommendations and perform the calculation. The work studied scientific literature, regulations of the Russian Federation, statistical data, the experience of construction of developers on the choice of design solutions and their impact on the term and cost of construction. Comparison of monolithic, precast-monolithic and prefabricated construction is carried out, factors influencing decision-making are analyzed, and a calculation is provided that allows predicting the time and cost and justifying the choice of design solutions. As a result of the work, recommendations were developed for choosing a reinforced concrete frame for a residential multi-storey building according to the criterion of the timing and cost of construction. The application of recommendations and calculations is shown on the example of a nine-storey residential building project. The results are implemented in the project and are carried out in practice, during the construction of the building. Based on the recommendations and results presented in the dissertation, developers can predict which structural solutions of a residential building are most effective in specific cases. |
