Popis: The human lymphoblastoid cell line H2D5D2F5 has been cultivated in the hollow fiber system (ENDOTRONICS JUNIOR) using serum free medium. In order to optimize anti-rhesus IgG production, the influence of medium feed rate, the presence of human serum albumin (HSA) in the intracapillary space and the effect of addition of INTRALIPIDE in the extracapillary space have been tested in 3 separate experiments. High medium feed rate and presence of HSA improve both cell growth and IgG production. The benefical effect of HSA may be partially replaced by INTRALIPIDE.
