Popis:	The absence of left atrial appendage (LAA) is relatively rare, especially with type A Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Secondly, we diagnosed it by multimodal imaging including two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), CT, electrophysiological examination, and 3D electro anatomical mapping system, which is more comprehensive.
