Popis: This chapter aims to represent an element in the area of dissemination of project results and a guide of good practices in terms of project implementation. In the management of academic educational projects, a careful monitoring of the complex activities is necessary and it requires the implementation project team a permanent effort to verify the compliance with the planned level of the results, in different phases of the project. This monitoring includes the interrogation of the project participants regarding the organization of the project activities, the continuous updating of the content of the activities for providing adequate training services (both theoretical and practical), the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, etc. Therefore, if the analysis is related to the international projects and to the multicultural teams, where there are many partners and different heterogeneous target groups it is recommended to use a simple and friendly tool, with adequate intimacy level and with the possibility of obtaining immediate information or useful feedback (generated by the software capabilities). So, we could use the features of the free tool owned by Google, named Google forms, and design an adequate questionnaire/survey.
