Popis: | 1. Plastic deformation substantially accelerates precipitation of σ phase and carbides TiC and (Ti, Ni)6C in steel 12Kh18N10T, the intensifying effect decreasing notably when the rolling temperature is raised from 20 to 1000°. 2. Plastic deformation substantially reduces the fracture toughness of steel 12Kh18N10T after prolonged holding at 650°. The fracture toughness decreases least after high-temperature and cold deformation with 15% reduction. 3. The effect of preliminary polygonization annealing on the properties of steel 12Kh18N10T is retained during subsequent heating to 650° for as long as 500 h. 4. The structure resulting from high-temperature deformation is the most stable during prolonged heating at 650°. |
