[(p-Tol3Sn)2MoO4] - A Polymeric Triorganotin Molybdate with (10,3)a Network Structure

Popis: (p-Tol3Sn)2MoO4 was prepared by the reaction of p-Tol3SnCl with (NBu4)2[Mo6O19] and (NBu4)OH. The title compound crystallises trigonal with a = 2769.2(2) and c = 3576.3(3) pm, space group R3. The crystal structure consists of MoO4 tetrahedra that are linked by p-Tol3SnO2 bipyramides to give a 3D network structure and additionally every second MoO4 tetrahedron shares a corner with a terminal p-Tol3SnO tetrahedron. (p-Tol3Sn)2MoO4 exhibits an uninodal (10,3)a network which is related to the structure of (NBu4)[(Ph3Sn)3MoO4]·CH3CN.
