Popis: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between per cent body fat and selected motor fitness tests. Significant negative correlations of from −0.29 to −0.68 were found between per cent body fat and the selected motor fitness tests. The test items most affected by fat were those which involved running and jumping. Weight did not significantly affect the performance of any of the test items except the 220-yard dash.
