PUBLIC EXAMINATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS

Popis: The article presents the methodology of sociological monitoring of the educational programs implementation, developed by a group of researchers of the Sociology Department of the Moscow State Linguistic University, and the results of the public examination of the program for the development of education in Moscow, based on this methodology. The assessment was based on system of indicators, which was developed mainly in view of of the key indicators of the «Capital Education» program for both the program as a whole and its individual parts (subprograms). According to the researchers, the method can be recommended in full or in part to conduct public examination of educational programs at various levels.
