Popis: | The automotive sector is under constant pressure to minimize fuel consumption and reduce pollution emissions while maintaining a declining tendency for weight and cost reduction. This makes the material selection process a major of engineering design considerations. In the paper, the main automotive requirements were formulated to analyze the potential of selected deposition (low pressure cold spray and ultrasonic atomizing) and material fabrication (sol-gel method) techniques for application in the automotive industry. |
