Popis: | Modern electronic equipmen t requires new materials which would provide it with stable operation both under normal climate conditions and, for example, under increased humidity. Materials used in heat dissipation systems of semiconductor instruments as heat sinks such as beryllium oxide, type TPRS heat-conducting rubber, and type $3 mica do not always satisfy service requirements, especially for thermophysical, electrical insulation, and production characteristics. Taking into consideration the multitude of data on the properties of coatings of refractory compounds, it was of interest to investigate the possibility of use of heat sinks with an aluminum oxide layer sprayed by the plasma method. |
