Popis:	This protocol was used for the dissociation of human neuroblastoma resections to a single-cell suspension compatible with droplet-based single-cell RNA-Seq technology for the Human Tumor Atlas Pilot Project. For processing human neuroblastoma tumors, however, we now recommend using the papain-based protocol established by Patel et al.
