Popis:	The article examines the effect of rheosorbilact on the regulation mechanisms of sodium balance of sepsis patients. It has been concluded that because of the filtration mechanisms damage the reduction of sodium filtration fraction is the result of the sodium balance impairment which is the component of ion-osmo and volume-regulative kidney function of severe sepsis patients.
