| Popis: | According to the author’s position, the implementation of international law at the national level continues to be a relevant area for both theoretical and practical research. In the context of globalization and integration, this issue is of particular importance. The study of the importance of international legal acts for the penal system of the Russian Federation is fundamental. This paper examines international legal acts and their significance for the legal regulation of Russian penal policy. The aim of the study was to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of international normative legal acts in the execution of criminal sanctions in Russia. The formal and logical and technical and legal methods were applied in the study. The authors made several conclusions on the modern mechanism of implementation of the provisions of international acts in the execution of criminal sanctions. |
