Popis:	From an idea to a reality When we started to think about the concept of the creation of centres where teachers could be regularly informed and up-dated in the field of educational technology, we realised that major changes in the course content and methods for the training of teachers were already covered by existing legislation and could be made compulsory for all teachers.
