Popis:	Summary Complications associated with cold-knife conization are mainly hemorrhage, genital and urinary infections. We present one case of accidental posterior colpotomy with Douglas pouch wound initially unnoticed at the time of the cold-knife conization, and secondarily complicated by an incarceration of the bowel loop in the vaginal wound and a pelviperitonitis.
