PECULIARITIES OF FOLLICULAR EPITHELIUM PROLIFERATION IN ADENOMAS OF THE THYROID GLAND

Popis:	Among adenomas of the thyroid gland, microfollicular adenomas predominate structures (47.67%). The study of the processes of hyperplasia of the follicular epithelium in adenomas of different types of structure showed that the proliferation of the follicular epithelium it develops most intensively in microfollicular and solid adenomas with an increase in proliferates of structural and cellular atypia. Definition of optical DNA density revealed a significantly higher level in microfollicular and solid adenomas in comparison with other forms of adenomas. Appearance of papillary structures as a variant of hyperplasia indicates that hyperplasia may occur without symptoms maturation and formation of typical structures of thyroid tissue
