The given work is devoted to the development of measures to improve the existing staff selection and recruitment system, taking into account the specifics of the companyâs activities and current trends in the labor market. The study achieved the following objectives: 1. Study of scientific definition of recruitment of personnel, scientific approaches to the problem of recruitment of personnel, identification of features of employment in trade enterprises. 2. Analysis of activity of «Leroy Merlin Vostok» LLC with description of dynamics of main economic indicators. 3. Conducting an analysis of the recruitment system at the enterprise and presenting recommendations for improving the existing system of recruitment and hiring of personnel with their economic justification. The work was carried out in the âLeroy Merlin Vostokâ, Limited Liability Company. In the course of the work the features of recruitment in the enterprise, the structure of personnel, methods of selection and recruitment of personnel, as well as the costs associated with the organization of this process were considered. The result of the work was the development of new recruitment methods for Leroy Merlin Vostok LLC, which will allow, based on the latest solutions, to reduce the costs associated with the selection of personnel, to increase the effectiveness of the recruitment result, that is, to form a staff of highly qualified personnel. |
