Popis: Normal harvesting of blackberry under traditional management in temperate climates of Mexico is concentrated in the months from May to June, a period registering the lowest price for this product. Therefore, it is convenient to move the fruiting period to the months of September to November, when the fruit has its highest market price. This has been accomplished in other species by applying growth regulators. This study evaluated the combined action of thidiazuron (TDZ) and gibberellic acid (GA 3 ) with the objective of promoting the advancement of flowering and fruit production in ‘Comanche’ blackberry.
