The purpose of the work â development of a project for the implementation of a property management system and an assessment of its economic efficiency. Tasks of work: - analysis of the activities of the research object, building an as-is architecture model; - identifying bottlenecks, building a to-be architecture model; - market research of the hotel business automation systems, selection of the most suitable system; - preparation of a commercial proposal; - cost-effectiveness assessment and assessment of project risks; - development of a calendar schedule (Gantt chart) and formation of a project team. Work is performed on the basis of hotel âOmar Khayyamâ activities. Methods used: enterprise architecture modeling, business process modeling, comparative analysis, project management methods, methods for evaluating projects effectiveness. Work results: - an analysis of the activities of the research object is held; - as-is and to-be enterprise architecture models is developed; - a research of the property management system market is held and the most suitable system is selected; - a project for the implementation of the selected system is proposed; - the economic feasibility of the project is justified; - a project team model was formed and a calendar schedule was developed. The practical significance of the work is due to the fact that the object of research was offered a project for its digital transformation. The implementation of IT innovations is necessary in today's rapidly developing market and provides a long-term competitive advantage. The constantly evolving cloud-based PMS-system provides the flexibility which is needed in the management of the hotel business. In addition, the system allowed to minimize paperwork within the company and eliminate human errors that cause inconvenience and material costs. |
