Popis:	The enantioselective synthesis of the lupinine alkaloid (+)-aloperine is described. The synthetic scheme presents three steps that are mediated by enzymes: kinetic resolution, oxidation of a primary alcohol to an aldehyde and oxidation of a secondary alcohol to a ketone.
