Popis:	This paper presents the design and analysis of a high gain, broadband Schottky and PIN diode based RF pre-distortion linearizer for TWTA. The circuit is using ABCD matrix approach. The simulation is performed using Agilent ADS software. We have proposed a new linearizer circuit which can achieve a high gain compared to existing linearizer designs.
