Popis: | At the time of deconfinement on the European continent, the persistence of RT-PCR to SARS-CoV-2 positive, more than 40 days after the onset of symptoms in non-severe people in outpatient monitoring, questions us. We present the case of six patients followed by our health service. The persistence of a possible contagiousness does not allow us to consider their deconfinement and the resumption of a professional activity especially for a population potentially in contact with vulnerable people according to the definitions of the High Council of Public Health (HCSP). |
