Popis:	Under the leadership of Catherine Ashton, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, the process of establishing the European External Action Service (EEAS) has begun. In order for this initiative to be successful, a training framework founded on fundamental European values must be created for qualified individuals entering the service. Important to this pursuit is the creation of a European School of Diplomacy. The EEAS is a positive step towards a common European voice and acknowledging the need to utilise multilateral bodies to find solutions for the increasingly complex and interconnected global stage.
