Popis:	This research aims at examining how carbon emission reduction could be taken into consideration in inventory and logistics management. By setting the reduction target, we show how emission concerns can be integrated into inventory decision making that accounts for both operational cost and carbon emissions. Based on stochastic inventory (R, Q) policy, a model of carbon reduction is formulated by further adding a constraint to represent the emission reduction target.
