Popis: Atmospheric responsiveness is the tendency to base patronage decisions on stores' physical design and condition and alter shopping behavior because of crowding. This study examines the relation between responsiveness and environmental dispositions. Findings suggest atmospheric responsiveness is related to dispositions reflecting customers' openness to environmental experience, stimulation, and distraction, urban and pastoral preferences, and adaptiveness to physical circumstances.
