Popis:	Based on Simplified Finite State Machine (SFSM) as an improved model, an approach for passive testing consistency is proposed. The improved model is introduced and the algorithm complexity is analysed. Also, this approach is implemented with the EPON Tester, and proved to be feasible to analyze Multi-Point Control Protocol (MPCP) consistency.
