Popis: Panthenyl esters (panthenyl monoacetate and panthenyl diacetate) were synthesized in high yields (≈100%) by a kinetic reaction control using a commercial immobilized Candida Antarctica lipase B (Novozyme 435) in acetonitrile. The enzyme showed excellent synthetic activity, regioselectivity, and operational stability under the conditions used.
