Popis:	In this paper, we describe a mobile point of care system designed to improve the healthcare workflow. We have created a rapid diagnostic test reader that can interpret the results from lateral flow point of care tests. Our approach exploits the use of mobile technology and cloud based services to closely integrate the clinic with the community.
