Popis:	The problem of global climate change, one of the major calls of modern civilization, is considered in the article. The analysis of arguments in relation to a hypothesis about technogenic influence on the global warming and anomalous natural phenomena is conducted. Documentary facts and data about possibility of development and application of secret technologies of artificial influence on the extreme natural phenomena are studied. An attempt to generalize information about existence and test of climatic weapon by the world supercountries, that they can secretly use with the aim of establishment of economic and political domination, is done.
