Popis: | The processes of decomposition of a porophore (azodicarbonamide) and foaming with its use of polyvinyl chloride compositions with different melt viscosities have been investigated and compared. The change in the viscosity of the PVC melts in the range from 5000 to 70,000 Pa·s was carried out by filling (with chalk) and plasticization (with dioctylphthalate). A general mathematical model that describes and relates the kinetics of gas evolution during the decomposition of porophore and foaming of polymer melts with different viscosities has been developed. |
