Tourism Service Management and Senior Foreign Travelers’s Behavior in Thailand

Popis: This quantitative research studied factors in the management of the quality of life, received from tourism services by senior foreign travelers and their influence on reutilizing the services. A questionnaire was used, with a sample size of 400 senior foreign travelers. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. In addition, multiple regression statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were also used. The results showed that overall, tourism management of senior foreign travelers in Thailand is of the highest level. The study found that the issue of medical/public health is of the highest level, followed by geography, service quality and the potential of tourist destinations. Travel experiences, and returning to use the service are of the highest level. Tourism management and satisfaction of travel experience positively influence senior foreign travelers’s behavior on revisit intention at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The development of tourism management focusing on senior foreign travelers is one of the foci of Thai tourism policies. The age group is expected to expand and are a target age group with tourism potential in the future.
