Popis: | This paper proposes a first-of-its-kind optically invisible phased-array antenna which can be integrated on the OLED touch screen panel for future beamforming devices. Denotes as TSPIA, the proposed concept is exemplified and studies in the form of a $1\times 4$ phased-array antenna for millimeter-wave 5G NR cellular handsets. The fabricated prototype exhibits 3-dB beam scanning range of ±40° at 28 GHz while fully functioning as conventional touch sensor arrays. |
