Popis: Fractional slot winding has its own advantages compared with distributed winding, It has the characteristics of small end effect, high power density, high slot filling factor, small positioning torque, and weak magnetic ability. In this paper, the fractional slot motor with 6-slot&4-pole, 9-slot&8-pole, 12- slot&8-pole, 12-slot&10-pole are designed and analyzed, The armature reactive electromotive force and cogging torque are simulated and analyzed. In addition, the end winding on the motor's electromagnetic torque, copper consumption and so on. Through the test of the prototype, the advantages of the motors with different pole slots of fractional-slot PMSM are verified.
