| Popis: | Blocked ears are a common presenting complaint in primary care, and although the cause is usually benign, a structured clinical approach and examination are essential to avoid missing more significant causes. In this article, we discuss the clinical approach, aetiology and management of the wide range of conditions that lead to the sensation of blocked ears, and provide guidance on referral to secondary care. |
