Popis: | We consider stimulated resonant Raman scattering on a system of discretely quantized levels of the superlattice in a quantizing magnetic field, which leads to one-soliton solutions for the Stokes pulses of scattered waves. The consideration is carried out by the method of the equation of motion of the density matrix and perturbation theory. The threshold conditions for the establishment of the Raman oscillations and the formation of stationary one-soliton solutions for the propagation of scattered radiation and possible parametric dependences of the studied processes are revealed. |
