Popis: A general circuit analysis program which treats arbitrary circuits that are switched between two modes is described. The circuit description is input by entering each element and the nodes it is between. The program can handle up to 40 nodes and 80 branches. The approach is to obtain the state equa­tions for each mode and combine them using the switching times to obtain a single set of state equations. The nominal equations are solved to give the equilibrium operating point duty cycle and state variables. The perturbation equations can then be used to obtain poles and zeros of selected network functions from which Bode plots can be made. The circuit can be easily changed. Extensions to three modes is straightfor-ward.
