The article analyzes the socio-legal protection of children with disabilities. A brief review of the regulatory framework of the Republic of Mordovia in the field of social protection of children with disabilities. The tendencies of this protection, strengthened, in the modern socio. On the basis of comparison and analysis of data socio-legal instruments of the Republic of Moldova, secondary sociological data, and conducted by the authors interview parents with a disabled child in the family, highlighted theoretical and practical directions in social work with disabled children, living together with parents. |
