Innovative potential of the territory as a tool for sustainable development

Popis: Объектом исследования является инновационный потенциал Республики Ð¡Ð°Ñ Ð° (Якутия). Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является оценка развития инновационного потенциала территории на примере Республики Ð¡Ð°Ñ Ð° (Якутия). На основе сравнительного анализа методов по оценке инновационного потенциала территории и устойчивого развития были выбраны методы на базе корреляционно-регрессионного анализа и нечетко-множественного Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°. Также, был изучен зарубежный опыт оценки инновационного потенциала территории. На основе которого был выбран метод оценки инновационного потенциала территории при помощи расчёта суммарного инновационного индекса, применяющийся в ÐÐ¸Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð»Ð°Ð½Ð´Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ применения на объекте исследования. Анализ оценки развития инновационного потенциала по трем выбранным методам показал, что уровень развития инновационного потенциала Республики Ð¡Ð°Ñ Ð° (Якутия) Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÑÑ на уровне «ниже среднего».
The object of the research is the innovative potential of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The purpose of the final qualifying work is to assess the development of the innovative potential of the territory on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). On the basis of a comparative analysis of methods for assessing the innovative potential of a territory and sustainable development, methods were chosen based on a correlation and regression analysis and a fuzzy-multiple approach. Also, foreign experience was studied to assess the innovative potential of the territory. On the basis of which the method for estimating the innovative potential of a territory was chosen by calculating the total innovation index used in the Netherlands for application at the research site. An analysis of the assessment of the development of innovative potential for the three selected methods showed that the level of development of the innovative potential of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is at a level “below average”.
