Popis: The scheme of a purely discontinuous random process was applied to the investigation of irregular forces effects (Petrovskaya 1969a). Earlier, Henon (1960) showed that there are some features which could be described only by such a scheme. Later, the scheme was applied for studying the evolution of the velocity distribution of star groups of different masses in the uniform 3-D stellar field (Petrovskaya, 1969b; Kaliberda & Petrovskaya 1970, 1971, 1972).
