Popis:	The use of the preservation-box with gas heating type has been generalized in dietary field and it is necessary to investigate this apparatus hygienically. Especially, the following points are important to prevent various kinds of microbial food poisoning: 1) factors influencing on bacterial growth and death in duration of storage, 2) the heating time required for sterilization of bacterial cells.In this experiment, Type 53-010 Preservation box (made by “O” Gas Co.) was examined and the results suggested that this apparatus has bacteriocidal effect usually but the box may work as incubator for microbial cells when it is not used correctly.
