The widespread use and implementation of selective laser melting (SLM) technology leads to active development in this area, especially for parts with complex internal circuits used in aircraft manufacturing. In SLM as a radiation source, a continuous laser source is usually used. Along with all the advantages, this technology has a number of features and disadvantages that can be avoided by using a pulsed laser. As the powder, material selected a steel AISI 316L. The primary task is to study the possibility of creating tracks by the proposed method with identifying the parameters that are of greatest contribution of forming objects process. The experimental studies were carried out by the method of pulsed selective laser melting. This made it possible to identify the main dependences of the influence of processing parameters on the dimensions of the tracks: pulse duration and radiation energy. The calculated mathematical model made it possible to establish the basic dependences and present the optimal range of parameters to achieve the predicted processing result. |
