Popis:	An acidimetric titration is used to determine phosphine by its reaction with mercury(II) chloride in aqueous medium. About 0.1μmole of P is determined. The titration is checked with phosphine samples, generated from phosphonium iodide, and is in use to study the reductive destruction of phosphorus-containing substances.
