Popis:	The results of the SRXFA determination of the multielement composition of aerosols forming on fires in the boreal forests of Siberia are given. A comparison of the multielement composition of aerosols in the convective column of large forest fires and smoke plumes of surface fires with that of atmospheric aerosols of the Siberian region shows that the mass concentration of all analyzed elements exceeds the background values upon fires. A substantial change is observed in the quantitative composition of the aerosols.
