The theme of the final qualification work: "Improving the efficiency of manufacturing the mechanical seal of a gas turbine engine."The work is devoted to the manufacture of mechanical seals for a gas turbine engine and is aimed at pursuing a policy of import substitution, as well as improving the efficiency of their manufacturing process. In the course of the work, the tasks of studying the basic technology for the manufacture of mechanical seals, replacing foreign blank material with the developed domestic one were solved. Studies have been carried out on the influence of digitalization of the manufacturing process on the performance indicator of manufacturing technology, as well as a study of the effect of introducing the design of a specially designed lap on the performance of polishing and obtaining a given flatness and roughness of surfaces.As a result, an option was proposed to increase the efficiency of the technological process by introducing CNC equipment in machining operations at the stages of obtaining complex-shaped surfaces, as well as an option to increase the efficiency of the finishing stages of processing due to the developed special ceramic lap. Based on the research, a new technological process for the manufacture of mechanical seals was developed, according to which the manufacture of suitable products was ensured. |
