The reaction of 2-alkynyl-1-phosphanorbornadiene-1-oxides with 1-phenyl-3,4-dimethyl-phosphole without solvent at 140 °C yields the corresponding -C≡C- + 2H-phosphole [2 + 4] cycloadducts. These 2,3′-bis-(1-phosphanorbornadienyl) dioxides have been characterized by X-ray analysis. |
