Popis: | Extra ordinary Hall resistivity, AMR and planar Hall effect were used to study Co/sub 81/Nb/sub 19/ thin film as a function of in-plane applied field at different angles. Negative /spl rho//sub /spl par//(H)-/spl rho//sub /spl perp//(H) is observed. The planar Hall resistivity (/spl rho//sub H/) was studied at various angles between the current and applied field. General curve shape of /spl rho/H for each angle follows the theory of AMR, however, it is also affected by the anisotropy of the thin film. We analyzed the /spl rho//sub H/ curves, and determined the easy axis of the thin film. |
