Popis:	Two cases of orbital neurofibroma presenting with proptosis, diplopia, and intraconal optic nerve involvement in the absence of other stigmata of neurofibromatosis are reported. One patient had cranial irradiation therapy during childhood. Radiation induced isolated orbital neurofibroma has not previously been described and is proposed as a new cause of compressive optic neuropathy. Following complete surgical removal using a transcranial approach, all clinical abnormalities resolved.
