Popis: This paper selects the specific enterprises in China’s home appliance industry and automobile industry as cases to analyze the basis for Chinese enterprises to choose the entry mode into the US market. Through the analysis, the author thinks that enterprises with better technology research and development ability and operation ability are more likely to choose sole proprietorship. If the markets in the USA have certain trade barriers and the operation ability of the investment enterprise does not have the desired competitiveness, then the enterprise is more likely to choose joint venture.
