In this case, problems included the shortening of the leg, pes varus and talipes calcaneus with pain due to callus. When the patient was six, we performed anterior release of the foot, osteotomy of the head of the talus, iliac bone graft, and free skin graft to fix the foot in the equinus position. Sixteen years old now, he is able to swim and play baseball, and is satisfied with the operational treatment. |
